- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist Business Analyst with a strong understanding of enterprise custom software solutions in industries such as real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, factory automation, and digital twin solutions.

- The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of technical domains, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Stakeholder Management.

- Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders.

- Build strong relationships to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.

- Solution Design & Feasibility.

- Work with technical architects and developers to design scalable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions.

- Conduct feasibility analysis for proposed systems.

- Documentation - Prepare detailed BRDs, FSDs, process flows, wireframes, and user stories.

- Ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

- Data Analysis & Visualization.

- Analyze business data to generate actionable insights.

- Create dashboards and visualizations for better decision-making.

- Process Improvement.

- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend optimized processes.

- Implementbest practices for operational efficiency.
