Job Description: Business Analyst-

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a technology or software development environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves understanding and documenting complex business processes, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring the alignment of business needs with technical solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using techniques such as user stories, use cases, and process flows.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements specifications, functional specifications, and process models.

- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of objectives and deliverables.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to support project delivery.

- Analyze and improve business processes using modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.

- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of results.

- Provide insights and recommendations to drive decision-making and process optimization.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology or software development.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes.

- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across organizational levels.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

- Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and methods.
