Role : Full Stack Developer - Team Lead

Location : Kuwait

Experience Required : 6+ years in software development, with a focus on Fintech applications

Roles and Responsibilities :

- As a Full Stack Developer - Team Lead, you will drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of Fintech software products.

- Your role involves contributing to design blueprints, developing APIs, and engaging in both frontend and backend development.

- You will work with a range of programming languages and frameworks, ensuring applications are optimized, responsive, and meet cross-platform requirements.

- Key responsibilities include leading the development of Fintech web applications using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server, and managing deployment across physical and virtualized environments, supporting CI/CD.

- You will mentor team members, conduct testing (unit, integration, and performance), and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

- Additionally, you will design front-end architecture and user interactions, develop APIs, manage data storage integration, and address performance issues.

- Collaboration with graphic designers on web features and overseeing projects from conception to completion are also essential parts of this role.

Availability : Immediate joiners preferred

Experience : Minimum of 5 years, preferably 6+ in full-stack development

Visa Requirements : Must have an 18 Transferable Visa and reside in Kuwait

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Primary Skills : .NET Core, React JS/Angular JS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Secondary Skills : C++, Java, PHP, Oracle, Smalltalk, HTML, MSSQL
