About Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of talented engineers in delivering cutting-edge web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in React.js, Next.js, and modern web technologies, with expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript. Hands-on experience in web development, coupled with an understanding of backend technologies like Node.js is essential.

The role also requires strong team management, leadership capabilities and hands-on development skills; as well as familiarity with AWS Cloud services.

Key Skills : React Js, React-Redux, Front End Web Development, Webpack/Vite, Webpack 5, javascript, Nextjs, AWS Deployment

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

A) Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, and modern web technologies.

B) Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization.

C) Collaborate with backend teams working with Node.js / GoLang to ensure seamless system integration.

2. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

3. Project Delivery : Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

4. Cloud Management : Utilize AWS Cloud services for application hosting, monitoring, and scalability.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Requirements :

1. B Tech Computer Science mandatory

2. Min 6 Years of Work Experience

3. Hands on with Front End technologies and stack deployment

4. Good communication skills and team management experience

5. Experience in Internet Companies would be a plus
