Product Manager - Travel & Tourism Industry - IIT/IIM/FMS/MDI/ISB (3-8 yrs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building innovative and customer-centric travel solutions. In this role, you will drive the development of seamless, high-impact digital experiences that enhance travel planning, booking, and post-booking engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to deliver world-class travel products.

3. Leverage data and user insights to drive feature development, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall customer experience.

4. Identify trends in the travel and tourism industry and translate them into innovative product features.

5. Drive A/B testing, feature experiments, and continuous optimization to enhance product performance.

6. Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market success.

7. Work closely with technology teams to define requirements and prioritize backlogs.

8. Stay ahead of competitors and industry shifts to maintain a strong market position.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. 3-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the travel, tourism, or e-commerce industry.

2. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and data-driven decision-making.

3. Hands-on experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and user research.

4. Ability to collaborate with tech teams and translate business needs into product requirements.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

6. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
