Senior SAP TM & GTT Consultant - Implementation & Integration (7-12 yrs)

Seeking an experienced SAP TM (Transportation Management) and GTT (Global Trade & Transportation) Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP TM, HANA, and ABAP, with a proven track record of multiple SAP implementation projects. This role will be crucial in delivering innovative and efficient SAP solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP TM and GTT implementation projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and enhance SAP TM functionalities using HANA and ABAP.

Configure and customize SAP TM modules to align with client requirements.

Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP TM and GTT.

Provide training and support to end-users and project teams.

Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Core Expertise : SAP TM, HANA, and ABAP.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP implementation projects.

- Hands-on experience with SAP GTT is a strong advantage.

- Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing transportation and logistics processes.

- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP TM and other modules (e.g., SD, MM).

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with international clients or in a global consulting environment.

- Prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies in SAP projects.
