It Recruiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for South Asian countries. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT hiring, an understanding of local market trends, and the ability to build a robust talent pipeline to meet the organizations needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:
   
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to South Asia's IT talent pool.
• Utilize job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to attract candidates.
2. Market Insights:
   
• Stay updated on IT hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks in South Asia.
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics and recruitment strategies.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline status.
4. Candidate Engagement:
   
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
   
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular recruitment metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for South Asia markets.
• Proven experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals across various domains (e.g., software development, data science, cloud computing).
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of South Asia’s labor laws and hiring practices.
• Proficiency in English and at least one regional language is preferred.
