Job description:

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers to deliver high-powered, cutting-edge software applications

You will work collaboratively with Product Owners, vendors, and business stakeholders to architect and create enterprise-level solutions that are both scalable and robust

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, have full stack technical knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership, guiding the team to build high-quality, scalable applications

Collaborate with product managers and business teams to translate strategic goals into actionable engineering roadmaps

Champion technical excellence, influencing tech strategy and ownership of key business metrics

Drive project execution and deliver high-impact results using agile methodologies, while anticipating and removing roadblocks

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in developing products with 3-5 years in leading a team

Technically Hands-on, prior experience with scalable Architecture and managing team of (8+)

Good team management skills with ability to multitask, strong problem solving and analytical skills

Experience working with Product Managers, UX Designers and stakeholders

Experience with high-performance mobile and web applications with an ability to bring in software engineering life cycle best practices
