Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and compliance processes. This internship offers valuable insights into the corporate HR environment and serves as an excellent foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities : - Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Employee Engagement: Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, surveys, and corporate events.
- HR Operations: Maintain HR records, update employee databases, and assist in document management.
- Performance Management: Assist in collecting and analyzing employee performance data.
- HR Compliance & Policies: Support in drafting HR policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and maintaining related records.
- Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs, track employee participation, and assist in related documentation.
- General HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day activities.
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed college with a minimum 70% aggregate.
- Online or distance education degrees will not be considered.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and handle new responsibilities.
- Successful interns may be considered for onboarding as Junior HR Executive.
- Gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.
- Work in a dynamic and professional corporate environment.

- Certificate of completion upon successfully finishing the internship.
