Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.

HR Operations: Maintain HR records, update employee databases, and assist in document management.
Performance Management: Assist in collecting and analyzing employee performance data.

Job Specification:
MBA in Human Resources from a reputed college with a minimum 70% aggregate.
Online or distance education degrees will not be considered.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage.
