Job Title: Company Secretary (CS)

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and all applicable statutory requirements.
Manage filings with ROC, SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other authorities.
Maintain statutory registers and records in line with regulatory requirements.
Board & Meeting Management:
Organize and facilitate board, committee, and shareholder meetings.
Prepare agendas, draft resolutions, and record meeting minutes.
Regulatory Filings & Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies (e.g., SEBI, NSE, BSE).
Handle quarterly, annual disclosures, and ensure compliance under SEBI LODR.
Documentation & Advisory:
Draft, review, and update legal agreements and company policies.
Advise senior management on governance, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
Support to Brokerage Operations:
Oversee compliance for brokerage activities and ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations.
Educational Qualification:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with ICSI membership.
Additional qualifications like LLB or CA are an advantage.
Experience:
2 years of relevant experience in brokerage or financial services.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and corporate governance practices.
Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
