OpsTech Engineer - Trading Systems (3-7 yrs)

Role Summary :

The OpsTech Engineer will manage critical technical processes to ensure secure, accurate, and compliant trading operations. Key tasks include IP management, client ID creation, real-time data synchronization, and regulatory support, all essential for smooth, secure client operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- IP and Access Management : Configure secure IP setups, oversee client ID creation, and manage user access controls to ensure data protection.

- System Monitoring and Optimization : Continuously monitor system performance, particularly during peak trading hours, ensuring stability and efficiency.

- Data Accuracy and Reconciliation : Maintain synchronized, accurate data across trading and back-office systems to support real-time trading.

- Disaster Recovery and Backup : Implement protocols for quick recovery and continuity in case of system outages.

- Compliance and Audit Readiness : Ensure data storage and reporting meet regulatory standards for audit readiness.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 3+ years in operations technology, preferably in broking or finance.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in IP management, client data systems, and compliance standards.

- Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with SEBI and other industry regulations.
