Job Description:
- Overseeing all administrative functions within a factory, including managing facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, supervising administrative staff, coordinating vendor relations, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the factory premises, all while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of factory buildings, equipment, and utilities.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules with vendors.
- Manage facility cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, including worker safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training programs.
- Maintain documentation related to safety compliance.
- Monitor and address any environmental concerns within the factory.
Administrative Operations:
- Manage administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks like record-keeping, data entry, and filing.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Manage office communication, including internal memos and reports.
Vendor Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors providing services to the factory.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain necessary licenses and permits.
- Manage employee documentation and records.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the administrative budget for the factory.
- Monitor expenses related to facility maintenance, supplies, and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
