SAP CS/S/4 HANA Consultant (6-15 yrs)

Education and Work Experience Requirements :

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.

- Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on working knowledge in SAP Customer Service.

- Work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution.

- Work experience in Implementation Projects.

- Knowledge in interfaces (EDI, API etc..).

- Able to understand business processes, ability to validate the proposed solution & handle the requirements delivery.

- Establish & maintain effective relationship with cross functional/technical teams.

- Able to actively support business users.

- Exposure of S/4 HANA & Fiori Apps.

Good to have skills :

- Working knowledge of Warranty & Claims.

- Work experience in Roll-out Projects.

- Ability to review the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP Customer Service development, user acceptance test plans and participate in cutover activities during go-live phases.

Qualifications :

- B.E or B.Tech

Additional Information :

- 6+ years experience in SAP CS / S4 HANA Service
