- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Operations Specialist with a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- This role involves managing day-to-day HR processes, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, attendance, performance, and compensation details.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, tax calculations, and benefit deductions.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards by regularly reviewing and updating HR practices and documentation.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, orientation, and introduction to company policies and culture.
- Employee Relations: Provide support in managing employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, foster a positive work environment, and increase employee retention and satisfaction.
- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction surveys, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring employees are informed and enrolled in a timely manner.
- HR Systems Management: Oversee the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews, processing final settlements, and ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Independent, highly organized, and self-motivated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
