Roles and Responsibilities
- As an HR Manager & Operations professional, you will:
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding processes.
- Conduct background checks for new hires in coordination with vendors.
- Manage employee data, including attendance tracking and leave management.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Plan and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events to enhance workplace culture.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Support administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies and other operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and managing group Mediclaim policies, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Act as a liaison between employees and departments to maintain effective communication.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Provide support in resolving employee grievances and queries professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management and operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
