About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Engineering Head to join our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully overseeing complex engineering projects. You will drive the technical vision, manage engineering resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the engineering strategy to align with the companys overall business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a talented engineering team, fostering their professional development and growth.
• Oversee the delivery of all engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, marketing, operations) to define project goals and ensure alignment.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, processes, and code reviews to maintain quality.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from conception to release, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of effective communication and collaboration between teams and engage with stakeholders to enhance product quality.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and risk assessment, providing input on resource allocation and cost estimation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Demonstrate curiosity for new technologies and market trends, applying new tools and methodologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven senior leadership experience in engineering with a solid technical foundation and a successful track record of leading and managing engineering teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong project management experience, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and make data-driven decisions.
• Deep knowledge of industry standards, best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
• Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and steering the technical direction of product development.
• Experience in AdTech/MarTech is a plus.
