Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Identification & Research:

• Research potential leads and target accounts through online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).
• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads for outreach.

• Prospecting & Outreach:

• Initiate cold emails, calls, and social media outreach to engage potential customers.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure ongoing engagement and qualify leads further.

• Lead Nurturing & Qualification:

• Understand customer needs and pain points to identify if they are a fit for the product.
• Schedule discovery calls, product demos, or hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

• CRM Management & Reporting:

• Track and manage all activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status and outreach performance.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align lead generation strategies.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to improve outreach.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the SaaS industry.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRMs, and lead generation tools.

• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize outreach strategies.

• Team Player: Collaborates effectively across departments
