Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, understanding and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform weekly reviews of resolved support cases to monitor compliance with processes and standards.
• Exhibit strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse customer needs.
• Recognize service quality gaps, address ineffective interactions, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently to meet tight and competing deadlines.
Required Skill Sets:
• Flexibility to work in variable shifts as needed.
• Fluency in Hindi, along with English and Tamil, for effective communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred candidate profile - English and Hindi Fluency with any other regional language
