Program Manager - Children's Book Review and Workshops

Key Responsibilities:

1. Book Review & Grading Program Management:
- Oversee the process of reviewing books written by children and evaluating them using a pre-defined rubric.
- Manage a team of reviewers (if applicable) and ensure timely feedback, grading, and shortlisting of entries for the jury team.
2. Workshop Facilitation and Coordination:
- Design and conduct interactive workshops for children on "How to Write a Book."
- Develop workshop materials and facilitate sessions that inspire creativity and improve children's storytelling abilities.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth workshop operations.

Requirements:
- Experience in Program Management: Proven experience managing educational programs, workshops, or similar initiatives.
- Background in Children's Literature or Education: Strong knowledge of children's literature or teaching experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage, inspire, and mentor children in writing and creativity.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, including grading, scheduling, and workshop coordination.
- Passion for Writing and Education: A genuine interest in helping children develop their writing talents.
