Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RF/OSS Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF design and optimization, excellent data analytics skills, and experience working with 5G networks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and optimize RF networks to ensure optimal performance

- Analyze network data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues

- Develop and implement processes to improve network efficiency

Technical Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on 5G networks

- Strong knowledge of O-RAN architecture and 5G SA call flow

- Experience with 5G RAN parameters, including GPL

- Understanding of network performance management KPIs and configuration management

- Experience with data analysis and troubleshooting

Desired Qualifications :

- Experience working with Mavenir and Samsung RAN

- Proven track record of troubleshooting network KPIs (accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput)

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
