Manager Events and Activation

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Events and Activation to lead and coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution across North East India. This role requires a proactive, creative, and organized individual who can manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events from conception through to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure all aspects of each event are aligned with YesEarths mission and standards.
• Manage budgets, logistics, and timelines to deliver high-quality events that meet organizational goals.
• Travel to event locations as required to manage setup, execution, and post-event activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, partners, and sponsors to enhance event engagement and impact.
• Monitor event outcomes and provide detailed reports on engagement, expenses, and feedback for continuous improvement.
