Head of Operations

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Drive process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices specific to hydraulic cylinder manufacturing.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor teams to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and execute strategic projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in operations management specifically within the hydraulic cylinder manufacturing industry with minimum ten years' experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Expertise in process optimization, supply chain management, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma/Project Management are a plus.
