Job Description
- Responsible for End-to-End recruitment
- Expertise in sourcing & screening through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Managing the vendors
- Contact labour Management
- Managing Payroll, Employee Benefits and Employee Relations
- Managing Statutory compliances
- Should have experience of collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop recruitment strategy, screen candidates, negotiate offers with candidates and create provisional offer letter.
- Preparing Offer Letter, Appointment Order, Transfer Order & Letter of Confirmation.
- Responsible for E-Database Maintenance (Web HRIS)
- Based on Competency Mapping, drafting TNA and Calendar
- Maintain Training records as per ISO Standards
- Scheduling OJT for Departments and circulating
- Preparing & submission of monthly reports of contracting employees to HR at HQ
- Maintenance of various registers under shops & establishments Act
- Submission of Half Yearly / Annual returns as per shops & Establishments Act
- Deduction of PT in salaries & filing half yearly returns with Corporation Office.
- Perform other job related to duties as & when requested by the Top Management.
