Officer - Material Process

Reporting to Manager-Material Process, ensuring executing safety related basics and good knowledge of Incoming materials,material testing ,supplier quality and meeting Waste and other quality goals, minimize waste and defects better than AOP. Development of talent by mentoring and coaching apart from common goals applicable to plant overall performance.

The Mixing Compounder is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials to produce high-quality compounds.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and knowledge of mixing processes.

1. Weigh and measure raw materials according to recipes/formulations.

2. Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently.

3. Mixing of compounds to achieve uniform consistency and quality.

4. Monitor temperature, viscosity, and other process parameters.

5. Perform quality control checks (e.g., visual inspections, sampling).

6. Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control.

7. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety protocols.

8. Collaborate with production team members to meet production targets.

9. Participate in training and development programs.

To maintain waste and defects within the AOP target.

Lead Plant optimization DEC and WPO pillar and drive of all necessary requisites.

Carry out plan for improvement for Quality.

Ensure for SOP/System adherence on shop floor

To implement expension/ improvement projects within budgeted cost and timelines
