OT Scrub Nurse

Role

1. Proper handling and taking over of patient from bed to bed in each shift.

2. Making admission and discharge of patient.

3. Assist doctors in medical examination and treatment of patient.

4. Identifying nursing need of patients and treatment needs and carrying out the task identified

5. Giving care to patient as instructed by Sr. Sister / Doctor.

6. Maintain personal hygiene and comfort of patients.

7. Provide clean and safe environment for patient.

8. Taking care of nutritional needs of the patients.

9. Escorts patients to and fro from the departments.

10. Impart health education to the patient and their relatives.

11. Taking rounds for patient care and required duties with doctors and senior nursing staff

12. Provide pre and post operative care.

13. Maintenance of patient records
