Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Assists in ensuring OT functions without disruption.
Ensures surgical, medication and patient safety.
Ensures effective care of surgical patients.
Ensure medication and patient safety; adheres to infection control protocols. - Assist surgeons during operations by ensuring surgical instruments are sterile and available.
- Monitor patients vital signs and administer medications during surgery.
- Ensure proper setup of the operating room and adherence to surgical protocols.
- Manage post-operative care, ensuring recovery in the operating theater.
- Provide emotional support to patients before and after surgery.
