Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science; or computer engineering; or equivalent IT related degree required.
Required Technical Skills & Experience.
4 to 6 years of SAP GTS implementation or GTS maintenance/support experience required.
Candidate must provide demonstrated functional knowledge in SAP GTS with expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference modules, Bonded warehouse functionality.
Good experience in SAP GTS Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party List Screening, Embargo, Export Legal control, and Import Legal control) and ECCN classification.
Candidate should have experience in establishing webservices connections (API) & SPL screening.
Candidate should have hands on configuration experience in configuration of General Setting such as FTO, Legal Units, Document types, partner types, Item categories, Units of measurement etc Candidate should have worked on assignment of Feeder System organization units to FTO and LU.
Also, worked on configuration of Document structure, Legal regulations Numbering schemes.
Candidate should have worked on Customs declaration processing Customs Import Declaration process and Customs Export Declaration Process with UK Customs and German customs (ATLAS) and AES.
Candidate should have good Exposure in Customs Management (Product Classification [HTS/Commodity codes], Customs Processing, Trade Document Services, and electronic communications).
Candidate should have knowledge on Risk management.
Candidate should have knowledge of GTS integration with ECC & CRM and various other SAP interfaces.
Nice to have an experience in S4HANA GTS version (E4H).
Project relevant expectations.
Strong knowledge on customs process.
And need to have business knowledge on invoice and custom process.
Strong experience on working with feeder system.
Aware of the Interface knowledge for working with Inbound and Outbound process.
Need to have an exposure to working with Business users and provide them the necessary Support for Production issues.
Experience in upgrades and managing post upgrade issues.
Need to have exposure or understanding on how middleware/integrations systems work.
Basic understanding of Order to Billing process including custom process.
Required Business/Personnel Skills.
Able to work outside of first shift, including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and on-call rotations.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
He/she is expected to prepare documents for new/complex issues / functions and share with team.
Provide Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) and work across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization.
Strong ability to work independently and be a collaborative team member.
Strong ability to identify, interpret and evaluate user and system requirements.
He/she should be able to interact with business in a timely and proactive manner to understand their problem and suggest solutions.
Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues Able to respond to demanding target dates.
Able to travel globally.
Desired Skills.
Candidate Should have basic knowledge of debugging in SAP ABAP.
