CTMS Expert Job

Job Description.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in application lifecycle management within GxP-regulated environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards while proactively addressing day-to-day operational challenges and providing exceptional end-user support.
This role requires effective collaboration with both the application vendor and business stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement system enhancements, ultimately driving the success of our clinical research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities.
Application Support: Manage day-to-day operational issues with the CTMS, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and problems.
End User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for end-user queries, providing effective solutions and guidance.
Incident Management: Identify, log, and resolve incidents while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with the application vendor to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes, and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
System Enhancements: Participate in discussions and planning for system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Qualifications.
Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a techno-functional role, preferably with a focus on Clinical Applications like the Clinical Trial Management Systems.
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience in the healthcare or clinical research industry.
Knowledge of current regulatory requirements related to clinical trials.
Technical Skills.
Proficient in application lifecycle management, particularly in the Run state.
Familiarity with SaaS applications and their operational challenges.
Strong understanding of incident management and problem-solving techniques.
Soft Skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users, vendors, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
