We are looking forward to hire SAP Project Manager Professionals in the following areas :

Quality & Testing Manager / Controller is responsible for ensuring the quality of all deliverables and processes throughout the entire lifecycle of the S/4HANA implementation project. This includes defining and implementing quality standards, conducting quality assurance and control activities, and monitoring project progress to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Quality Standards:
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and metrics for all project phases (e. g. , Explore, Realize, Testing, Deploy).
  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans and checklists.
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies, best practices, and industry standards (e. g. , ITIL, ISO 9001).
• Quality Assurance, Control & Test Planning:
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits of project deliverables (e. g. , design documents, code, test scripts, user manuals).
  • Define and execute a comprehensive testing strategy, including unit testing, integration testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential quality issues proactively.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Manage the execution of all testing activities, including test data preparation, test environment setup, and defect tracking.
  • Perform root cause analysis of quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Track and report on project quality metrics (e. g. , defect rates, test coverage, customer satisfaction).
  • Develop and document a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with project objectives, scope, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed test plans, including test scenarios, test cases, and test data requirements.
  • Manage the execution of all testing activities, including test environment setup, test data preparation, and defect tracking.
  • Define and document testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Establish clear entry and exit criteria for each testing phase.
  • Identify and procure necessary testing tools and resources.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess potential quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and control identified risks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for critical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Track and manage all testing-related issues and defects, ensuring timely resolution.

• Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate quality issues and risks to project stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality is integrated into all project activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicate testing progress, results, and issues to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate resolution of testing-related disputes and conflicts.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance project quality.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of quality within the project team.
  • Continuously analyze and improve testing processes and methodologies.
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document lessons learned and share knowledge within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development or IT project management, with a strong focus on quality assurance and control.
• Experience with SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of quality management methodologies and tools (e. g. , Six Sigma, Lean).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with risk management methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Relevant quality management certifications (e. g. , Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
