Associate Lead Consultant - SAP Testing Job

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team in Bengaluru, with deep expertise in SAP testing and Tricentis implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a team of QA engineers and test automation specialists across SAP testing projects
• Drive implementation of testing frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for SAP applications
• Define and implement quality standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
• Manage offshore testing teams and coordinate with global stakeholders
• Lead test strategy and planning for complex SAP implementations, including S/4HANA migrations
• Establish metrics and KPIs for quality assurance processes
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in testing
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
• Interface with clients and senior management on quality initiatives

Required Qualifications

• B. Tech/B. E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of QA experience, with minimum 7 years in SAP testing
• 5+ years of experience managing QA teams and projects
• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca automation for SAP applications
• Extensive experience in SAP module testing (FICO, MM, SD, HCM)
• Proven track record in test automation implementation
• Experience working with global teams and offshore delivery models

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of Tricentis Tosca
• Strong understanding of SAP testing methodologies
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA testing
• Experience with test management tools (ALM, JIRA, qTest)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum
