• Extensive knowledge in end user computing OS deployments SCCM, Intune, Patching
• Should be able to implement voice solutions and conferencing
• Mobile device management (MDM) - Airwatch and other tools
• Application packaging and deployments
• Hands on experience in Implementing VDI solutions line Azure VDI , Citrix etc
• Automation and transformation
• Extensive knowledge in Endpoint management
• OS migration, Windows auto pilot
• Knowledge on cloud and Hybrid infrastructure
• Extensive experience on Enterprise File Sync and Sharing (OneDrive,
• Google Drive, ShareFile, and more
• Experience in telephone integration and Enterprise voice
• Extensive work experience in content management (SharePoint online, One drive etc)
• Metrics and reviewing the root cause of escalation with the aim of improving the escalation procedures and maintaining the compliance with the regional as well as corporate policies.
• Design and implement the IT governance framework
• Transition and onboarding
• Service Improvement plans
• Ticket reduction and optimization plans
• Architecture design and solutioning
• New deals and account mining, assessment
• Resource KRA
