Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with a strong understanding of class

academics in schools, particularly CBSE, to manage customer satisfaction, drive online

reviews, and generate sales through referrals. This role also involves creating engaging

video content and promoting customer success stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Retention: Build strong relationships with customers,

ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns related to academic services.

• Reputation Management: Maintain a Google rating of 4.7 and collect 50 Google

reviews per month.

• Video Testimonials: Collect 1 video testimonial per week from satisfied

customers, ensuring high-quality content.

• Sales & Referrals: Generate 8 referral sales per week through customer

engagement and referrals.

• Video Marketing: Assist in creating social media videos (e.g., Reels, Stories) and act

in video content promoting testimonials and brand messaging.

• Reporting & KPIs: Track KPIs such as review volume, sales, and customer

satisfaction, and report progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and school academics.
• Proven experience in customer success, sales, or relationship management.
• Comfortable creating and appearing in video content for social media.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets.
• Experience with CRM tools, Google Reviews, and social media marketing is a plus.

Preferred:

• Background in video content creation or marketing.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing roles.
