Job Summary:
We are looking for a Content Marketing & SEO Specialist with 5-7 years of experience to
drive organic lead generation and manage all SEO efforts for our EdTech platform. This
role is key to building a strong online presence through content creation, optimizing the
website for organic search, and experimenting with innovative strategies to generate
high-quality organic leads. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, technically
proficient in SEO, and always on top of the latest trends and opportunities in the digital
marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Lead Generation:
specifically focus on generating high-quality organic leads. Optimize the website
and content to attract, engage, and convert visitors into leads without relying on paid
ads.
campaigns aimed at capturing organic traffic, driving conversions, and generating
leads.
search intent, and pain points to create highly relevant content that drives inbound
organic traffic.
SEO Management:
on-page optimization, link-building, and off-page strategies to improve rankings for
targeted keywords.
website performance (site speed, mobile optimization, indexation, etc.).
new SEO tactics and content strategies to determine which methods are most
effective in generating organic leads and increasing conversion rates.
algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously refine the SEO strategy for
optimal performance.
Content Creation & Optimization:
landing pages, articles, and resources that will attract organic traffic and convert
visitors into leads.
on lead-generation topics, ensuring timely publication and optimization of content.
ensure that content is designed to not only generate traffic but also increase
conversion rates (e.g., sign-ups, course enrollments, etc.).
Lead Funnel Optimization:
(calls-to-action), landing pages, and lead magnets to enhance conversion rates and
move prospects down the lead funnel.
track the performance of organic traffic, identify gaps, and optimize the content and
lead-gen strategy accordingly.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
lead-generation strategies in the EdTech industry.
organic traffic growth and areas to outperform competitors.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
including rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation results. Regularly update the
leadership team on progress.

Skills & Qualifications:
