SEM Specialist

The role requires setup of campaigns with analysis & optimization based on the real-time performance.

• Develop and execute SEM strategies: Plan, create, and implement effective SEM strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve business goals.
• Keyword research and analysis: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaigns.
• Campaign optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize SEM campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Plan, create and Implement different types of campaigns (Search, display, Video, shopping, smart & Pmax, App etc)
• Ad copy creation: Write compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives, adheres to best practices, and maximizes click-through rates.
• Landing page optimization: Collaborate with the marketing and web development teams to optimize landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates.
• A/B testing: Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations, landing page layouts, and campaign strategies, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Performance analysis and reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEM trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the use of cutting-edge strategies and techniques.
• Budget management: Monitor and manage SEM budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
• Collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and data analytics, to align SEM strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

We are after a switched-on paid search pro who has:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Google Ads certification is must.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing SEM campaigns across various search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using SEM tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and bid management software.
• Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research techniques, and bid management strategies.
• Experience in real eExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.state domain &/or an agency &/or experience in content writing will be preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast- paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles and how they align with SEM strategies is a plus.
