Job Description

As a customer success executive for Real estate Business, your primary responsibility is to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the companys products and services. Your role is to work with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance on how to best use the products and services, and help resolve any issues they may encounter.

Functional responsibilities of a customer success Executive for a Real Estate business may include:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all service-related matters.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform.
  • Customer Support: Proactively address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide prompt solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products & offerings, staying updated on new features and enhancements. Articulate product benefits and capabilities to clients, aligning them with their unique needs.
  • Feedback Collection: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather feedback on client needs, conveying insights to the sales and product development teams for continuous improvement.
  • Renewals and Upsells: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Renew client contracts by demonstrating the value and ROI of our product.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions ensure timely reporting of customer-related queries and take proactive measures to prevent churn.
Coordinate with other departments \u2013 especially Sales, Marketing, Operation, and finance to resolve
