Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Postgresql Database Administrator at XtraNet Technologies in Bhopal.

The Database Administrator will be responsible for database administration, design, troubleshooting, replication, and ensuring the integrity and security of databases on a day-to-day basis.

Experience : 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and Oracle databases.

- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability and scalability.

- Implement and manage backup, recovery, and database security protocols.

- Perform database performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Manage database migrations and version upgrades as required.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive database documentation and procedures.

- Collaborate with application development and operations teams for database-related requirements.

Key Skills :

- Hands-on experience with MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and Oracle databases.

- Strong expertise in database performance tuning and optimization.

- Knowledge of database backup, recovery, and replication strategies.

- Experience with database monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.

- Familiarity with database migration processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

- MySQL DBA Certification is preferred.

- Experience in handling large-scale databases in a data center environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
