Position: US Accounts Executive

Experience :1-6 years

Office Time: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work experience on US Accounts as US Accounts Executive / Lead / Manager.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software with QuickBooks.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Preparing and mailing invoices to customers.
• Posting payments to customer accounts.
• Organizing and filing deposit receipts as invoices are paid.
• Preparing reports on delinquent accounts and customer payment profiles.
• Reconciling cash receipts and deposits.
• Analyzing financial records for accuracy.
• Onboarding and offboarding employees in ATS portal.
• Maintain customer MSA and PO.
