Accounts Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a focus on US taxation. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Shift timings 6 PM - 4 AM | 6 days Working Sunday Fixed off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns (Form 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065).
• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Conduct basic research on US tax regulations and provide accurate documentation.
• Reconcile tax accounts and maintain accurate financial records for clients.
• Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
• Communicate with clients to gather financial data and clarify tax-related queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in audits and respond to IRS or state tax notices when required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or EA certification is a plus).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in US taxation or accounting.
• Basic understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
• Proficiency in tax software such as Drake, ProSeries, or Lacerte is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
