Accounts Executive/Financial Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare Financial statements and publish them to stakeholders as required.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Receiving Invoices and maintaining data.
• Payroll entries
• Bookkeeping and updating daily financial transactions in QuickBooks.
• Accounts payable and creating new vendors in QuickBooks.
• Adding new employee in Payroll software.
• Maintaining the monthly data in excel sheet and saving the invoices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in accounts management & bookkeeping.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software QuickBooks or similar.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
