Sr Structural Design Engineer (Team Leading)

The senior engineer will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design, analysis and execution of structural systems for various projects including commercial, residential and industrial structures. This role involves working closely with architects, project managers, CAD designers.

We would like to inform you that we have two offices: one located in Mumbai and another in Pune. You are welcome to work from either office, depending on your preference and comfort.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, analysis and development of skid systems and steel structures used in various industrial applications
• Lead the design and analysis of steel structures for various projects, including commercial, industrial and infrastructure developments
• Utilize advanced engineering software to create and review structural models and ensure accuracy in designs
• Understand various types of structures and their design requirements
• Help deliver the structural Design Documentation projects within required time, budget and quality
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant local and international building codes, standards, and regulations
• Develop innovative designs for skid-mounted pump systems and associated steel structures
• Design and analyse structural systems for prefabricated building components using Steelworks
• Design pump skids
• Learn and work using local standards and structural design codes of various regions across the world
• Prepare/comprehend concept design intent in coordination with design architects/engineers and further develop design elements in line with their requirements
• Relay design information through drawings and schedules
• Learn and integrate structural design in BIM (Building Information Modelling) using tools such as Revit
• Communicate design objectives to team members in a clear and compelling manner
