Accounts Manager
1. Leading the statutory and tax audits for all India entities and managing all aspects of the auditor relationship
2. Setting the strategy and driving acceleration of the statutory audit completion
3. Managing the financial reporting and compliance team for all India entities.
4. Staying current, anticipating upcoming changes to regulations and strategically paving the way for preparing compliance readiness.
5. Running balance sheet reviews for finance and accounting leadership
6. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
8. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
9. Driving efficiencies in business processes and guiding business teams on accounting areas.
10. Evaluating accounting positions for new projects and evaluating/writing technical position paper.
11. Partnering with the members of the global accounting organization to develop process improvement initiatives, and assist in the identification of accounting standards for global consistency.
12. Prepare detailed P&L statements to assess the companys financial performance.
13. Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability margins to identify trends and areas for improvement.
14. Collaborate with department heads to understand financial drivers and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
15. Develops and executes territory plan to achieve revenue targets and control expenses.
16. Works with channel partners where appropriate to drive specific opportunities.
17. Establishes high-level customer and distributor relationship/intimacy by way of technical and business skills/competencies and situational fluency.
18. Understands current customer processes and applications and communicates customer technology product requirements to internal stakeholders.
19. Utilizes a variety of communication and engagement methodologies including quarterly business reviews, executive meetings and technical collaborations; ensures they meet the targeted number of face to face key account interactions per week.
20. Demonstrates effective employee relationships built on trust, teamwork and accountability.
21. Performs other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
