Social Media Customer Support Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Must Have Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
• Basic Knowledge of MS - Excel
• Communicate online with customer and support by WhatsApp & Ticket Support.
• Provide information about our services and pricing to customers.
• Assist with calculations (percentages, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Provide solution to client queries and guide them appropriately.
• Discuss service pricing and discounts with clients.
• Be proactive in problem-solving and propose improvements based on your ideas.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
• Good Knowledge of Social Media Platforms (And their Policies & Features)
• Good understanding of calculations (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.).
• Learning ability and business acumen.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Basic Knowledge of Excel
