Roles and Responsibilities

• Performance analysis of problems/incidents to identify business impact and root causes
• Conduct application debugging and troubleshooting
• Conduct performance tuning to improve application performance and reliability
• Coordinate global testing and schedule releases
• Handle incoming Incidents and Requests associated with CISO applications.
• Drive stability efforts and manage EOVS and other environment cleanliness initiatives.
• Develop and maintain application monitoring solutions.
• Partner with application development, business analysis and infrastructure support teams on application change and release management.
• Maintain and develop application support process and procedures and documentation.
• Manage Continuity of Business (COB) and other high availability efforts.
• Provide ownership of major incident or outages of critical systems.
• Gather and present metrics pertaining to application performance, stability, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive automation projects within the application support realm.
• Provide leadership on the onboarding on new applications and technologies, ensuring that the application support team have the correct processes and procedures in place.
• Manage recurring and chronic issues in the Production environment, ensuring that risks are assessed, and remediation efforts are prioritized accordingly.
