JD:

• Architect and Implement Data Solutions: Designs, develops, and implements scalable and efficient data solutions using Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and other relevant technologies to meet business requirements.
• ETL Development: Develops and maintains ETL processes to ensure the timely and accurate movement of data across various systems while optimizing for performance and reliability.
• Performance Optimization: Identifies and implements performance improvements for existing data pipelines, troubleshoots and resolves issues, and proactively monitors data solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Data Integration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate data from diverse sources, ensuring data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• Security and Compliance: Implements and enforces data security and compliance standards, working closely with the security team to ensure data privacy and protection.
• Documentation and Best Practices: Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, architecture, and processes. Shares and promotes best practices within the data engineering team.
• Continuous Learning: Stays abreast of the latest developments in data engineering, Azure services, and industry best practices. Evaluates and recommends new technologies to enhance our data infrastructure.
