Hiring For Test specialist - Pune - 5 To 9 yrs Exp

We are looking for an experienced Test Specialist to execute and manage end-to-end testing processes with minimal supervision. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder collaboration, and an understanding of testing tools and methodologies.

Job Title: Test Specialist

Experience: 5 to 9 years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in discussions and review meetings to analyze business requirements and technical specifications with developers and business users.
• Develop and maintain test artifacts, including Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, RTM, TER, etc.
• Execute test scripts and document detailed test results.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address issues.
• Track and manage defects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with business users.
• Proactively identify and raise risks in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Team Leads, Project Managers (PM), CLS Test Team members, and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven expertise in E2E test process execution with minimal supervision.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with testing tools like LoadRunner or Selenium (preferred).
• Strong understanding of defect management and risk identification.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent.
