As a business operations project manager, you will drive key initiatives and projects that support our strategic objectives. Working closely with our leadership (SVP/VP levels), stakeholders, and our technology teams, you will ensure communications support to the GPS leadership team and broader global teams.
The program manager promotes solid execution and fact-based decision-making across the organization; acting as the connective tissue that links all aspects of the GPS organization seamlessly. The position will ensure our operating model, OKR s, investment plan and portfolio are designed and implemented to deliver against the defined strategy. Your day to day
Program management with business operations key responsibilities includes
Create presentations, creatives and related content.
Develop materials to facilitate product performance-tracking forums (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) with cross-functional and cross-regional teams
Support the execution of AI-powered strategies to optimize internal operations and business processes.
Prepare program plans, drive execution & delivery of projects
Manage scope and milestones across project(s) to ensure completion of project(s) goals.
Identify and track project interdependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Identify, track, prioritize, and drive resolution of project level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues.
Monitor and measure progress to ensure that the projects are on track, document accurate status of projects.
What do you need to bring-
Professional experience requirements
Overall 6 years of experience with 2 years in business operations and program management in a tech environment
Excel at storytelling and narrative building. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Payments or Fintech industry will be an added advantage
Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive - must thrive in a dynamic environment
