What do you need to bring
- Collaboration Work closely with tech leads and engineering managers to understand their testing tool requirements and align automation strategies accordingly.
- Framework Development Design and develop advanced automated testing frameworks and tools that are flexible, scalable, and adaptable to the needs of various projects.
- Technology Evaluation Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mobile testing tools and technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that can improve the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proof-of-Concept Development Develop and present Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for new testing tools and technologies, demonstrating their value and return on investment (ROI).
- Coding Standards & Design Patterns Define and enforce coding standards and automation design patterns to ensure all automated tests are written with clarity, maintainability, and scalability.
- CI/CD Integration Integrate automated tests seamlessly into the deployment pipelines to ensure continuous testing and early defect detection.
