Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to lead our efforts in catering to corporate customers' packaging requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the packaging industry, and possess exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills. This role involves working closely with corporate clients to understand their packaging needs, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

*Client Acquisition and Management

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

*Sales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth.

*Collaboration and Team Leadership

• Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Mentor and support sales team members as needed.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and business opportunities.

*Reporting and Analysis

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform business strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum 47 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
