Role Description:
- This is a full-time remote role for a Channel Partner Manager at XIUS.
- The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships, accounts, and strategic partnerships, as well as communication with stakeholders.
- The role involves analyzing partnership opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous working experience of a minimum of 7-10 years in mid to large technology companies / corporates having handled Sales / Channel Management functions in B2B space.
- Should have experience in global sales / clients across multiple continents / geographies.
- Should have telecom industry experience.
- Additionally, This role demands good negotiation skills, a structured mind, a partnership oriented approach, good- communication skills with- good knowledge of technology industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Core responsibility:
- Looking for and successfully On-boarding Sales & channel partners across the globe, in countries and geographies strategically identified by the company leadership, with the objective- to expand XIUS sales and customer footprint globally through partners.
- Structuring partnership contracts and engagement models.
- Managing, nurturing and retaining relationships with- signed up Partners.
- Be the internal champion for Partners within the company and ensure that their issues if any are resolved promptly.
- Closely coordinating with XIUS Sales team and ensure joint sales opportunities are pursued successfully.
- Educating Partners from time to time on XIUS products, policies and business initiatives.
